We want you to love your Epiphanie purchase! If for some reason it doesn't work for you, we're happy to accept a return or exchange within 15 days from the date it was delivered.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Items must be in brand new, unused condition in the original packaging, and received within 10 days from the date your RMA was issued. Items received after 10 days will be returned.
• Please include the name of purchaser, the order number, and the reason for exchange.
• Pending approval, you'll receive an RMA number along with a shipping label to send back your item at no additional cost. 
• Upon receipt and inspection of item(s), your replacement bag will be shipped at our expense. Or your refund will be issued within 7 business days.
• Items purchased with a discount code, on sale or handmade to order are not eligible for return. But we are happy to arrange for an exchange and/or store credit.
• Items purchased on Clearance are considered final sale.
• Customized items with names, logos and any personalization are final sale.
• Please note we do not pay for replacement shipping if you are located outside the US. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• We accept returns and exchanges that were purchased from our website, not any other online or retail location.
