SHIPPING

Please note: Due to the current pandemic, all of our carriers have suspended guarantees on delivery times. Most packages will arrive within 7-10 business days (domestic). Faster rates (overnight and priority) cannot be guaranteed. Epiphanie is not able to refund shipping costs.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER? Your order will ship via UPS Ground, DHL or USPS. You have the option to choose from expedited shipping methods at checkout. Once it ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, in-stock orders placed before 10am (CST) typically ship the same day (excluding weekends). Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA? Yes, Epiphanie offers shipping around the globe! International orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, as well as APO/FPO orders, and typically take an average of 5-10 business days to arrive. Please be aware that international orders may be assessed additional customs fees and/or taxes upon entry into your country. These fees vary by country and are not included in the shipping and handling charge assessed by Epiphanie. If you are unwilling to pay these additional fees, please note that Epiphanie is not responsible for costs associated with returning your bag to us.

We want you to love your Epiphanie purchase! If for some reason it doesn't work for you, we're happy to accept a return or exchange within 20 days from the date it was purchased.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    • To request a return or exchange, email support@epiphaniebags.com. Items must be in brand new, unused condition in the original packaging, and received within 10 days from the date your RMA was issued. Items received after 10 days will be returned.
    • Please include the name of purchaser, the order number, and the reason for exchange.
    • Pending approval, you'll receive an RMA number along with a shipping label to send back your item at no additional cost. 
    • Upon receipt and inspection of item(s), your replacement bag will be shipped at our expense. Or your refund will be issued within 7 business days.
    • Items purchased with a discount code, on sale or handmade to order are not eligible for return. But we are happy to arrange for an exchange and/or store credit.
    • Customized items with names, logos and any personalization are final sale.
    • Please note we do not pay for replacement shipping if you are located outside the US. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
    • We accept returns and exchanges that were purchased from our website, not any other online or retail location.

    SITE-WIDE DISCOUNTS / DISCOUNT CODES

    Site-wide discounts or discount codes do not apply to items on clearance or already discounted. 

    GIFT CARDS

    Gift cards purchased are not refundable and may not be redeemed for cash value.

    COLORS
    We have made every effort to display product colors on the Epiphanie website as accurately as possible. However due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display or color will be accurate.

    PRODUCT CARE

    All Epiphanie bags are made from high quality full grain leather. They may be treated with regular leather spray protectants. To clean, we recommend PROFESSIONAL LEATHER DRY CLEANING ONLY. We take special care to design all our products for long-lasting function and enjoyment. If you care for your bags, they will age well. We have included a custom-fitted storage/dust bag to protect it when it is not being used. Do not put any part of this bag into a washing machine or dryer. Nor is it recommended to use bleach or other cleaners on the exterior or interior of your bag. Interior panels may be gently removed and hand-washed using a soft, water-based cleanser. When you’re done, let them air dry.

    LEATHER

    Be aware that because our bags are made from high quality premium leather, they may display markings that are characteristic of leather. We feel that these markings add to character to your bag, and do not consider them a defect.

    WARRANTY

    Epiphanie bags and accessories are hand-crafted by artisans, using top-quality materials. All Epiphanie bags carry a one year warranty, covering original workmanship and material defects on products purchased from our website. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper care, negligence, misuse, accident, or natural wear and tear that occurs to the product and materials as the bag is used over time. Please not that due to the artisanal production of our collection and the organic nature of our materials, variations in leather and patina on hardware are expected, and are part of what makes every bag unique.

    Epiphanie respects the privacy of our valued customers. We are committed to earning and keeping your trust. Our goal is to make your shopping experience easy, safe, and confidential. We do not share email addresses. And we have deployed premier safeguards to protect your personal information.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    All orders are subject to the Terms listed on this site. Epiphanie reserves the right to cancel any order at which time, we will immediately notify this action by email or phone, using the email address or numbers provided. We will refund all payment using the original method received. All orders are subject to availability of stock. Epiphanie cannot be held liable for any accidents resulting in personal injury or equipment damage that involve any of our products. Prices and availability and estimated delivery times are subject to change at any time.
