Does not fit description
I ordered floral in neutral colors and received hot pink birds. The communication regarding exchange was in a tone that implies I just don't like what I got when, in fact, it does not fit the description of what I ordered. The communication was also not prompt. In addition to the hassle/cost of repackaging it and getting it shipped back, it was intended as a gift and will likely not be exchanged in time for Christmas. This is the second time I have had a product issue with this company and have decided it will be the last.
